The scenes of Lars Mikkelsen in Se Dagens Lys from 2003.
This Danish science fiction/utopian film is an adaptation of a novel by Svend Å. Madsen from the year 1980. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

Lars and Mads were both knighted by the Queen Margreth II of Denmark (Mads in 2010, Lars in 2011).
Mads: “I was a little nervous, I must admit. I had put the finest clothes on. It was very serious, I said “Your Majesty” to Queen Margrethe, and she knew about my films. She had seen “Flame & Citron”!”
Lars: “That was great fun, but I sort of fucked it up. I was told outside that the rules were simple; you approach her, but not too close, then you say thank you for the knighthood and then you start the conversation. I forgot to say thank you and on the way out I turned around and said “Oh and thanks for the knighthood!”
